We are pleased to announce the latest release of Time and Attendance: Version 8.47.0.0 released 9th January 2026

OneAdvanced mobile app

What have we done?

We have launched Time & Attendance and Payroll features in the OneAdvanced mobile app.

Why have we done this?

To bring together a common user experience and wider product offering by having one mobile app that surfaces all OneAdvanced Products (as they become available) underpinned by our Platform.

How will you benefit?

The new OneAdvanced mobile app is powered by our Platform, providing scalability, security and connectedness.

Details of the change.

The OneAdvanced mobile app now includes all the Key features of our Time & Attendance solution, including Annual Leave entitlements, aswell as Payslips, P60's and P11D's. The OneAdvanced mobile app is currently in the Early Adopter phase and we are working closely with customers to ensure their feedback is captured. If you would like to be involved in the Early Adopter program please contact your Account Manager.

OneAdvanced AI

What have we done?

We've added a convenient shortcut to access OneAdvanced AI directly from the Time & Attendance web application menu.

Why have we done this?

To streamline your workflow and enhance your overall user experience by providing easy access to the powerful capabilities of OneAdvanced AI.

How will you benefit?

If you're a subscriber to OneAdvanced AI and have Identity enabled, this new feature will allow you to seamlessly transition between Time & Attendance and OneAdvanced AI, boosting your productivity and efficiency.

Details of the change.

  • Time & Attendance users with Identity enabled will now see a new menu option for OneAdvanced AI in the web application.
  • Subscribers to OneAdvanced AI will be directed to the AI product, where they can leverage its capabilities to improve their workflows.
  • Non-subscribers will be taken to an information page, providing more details about OneAdvanced AI and its benefits.

How to gain access to the Release

To start using release 8.47.0 the following requirements must be met:

  • Identity: You must have Identity enabled within your organisation, providing secure access via single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Supporting guidance can be found here.
  • Cloud hosting: Available to everyone on our cloud-based solution and have accepted our new Terms & Conditions.

TA-11495

The website consistently returns 500 Internal Server Errors for all requests until the application pool is recycled.

The website now loads correctly.

TA-11740

Intermittent 500 Internal Server Error occurs during login attempts.

The intermittent 500 Internal Server Error during login has been resolved.

TA-12046

After deleting a record from a multi-line panel, subsequent requests display details of an incorrect record.

On the web, the correct record now loads as expected. On Windows, the deletion prompt now displays the details of the record being deleted. On the web, records requested for deletion are now shown in the grid until the deletion request is approved.

TA-12804

The image in the T&A absence request email appears too large.

The image in the T&A absence request email is resized to display correctly.

TA-12861

Clicking 'Group absence list' does not prompt to change the current group selection.

Removed the condition to only make the change if there were no absences for the existing group.

TA-13233

When adding users on the web, there is no validation to prevent leading or trailing spaces, which can cause errors in OneAdvanced Identity.

Validation has been added to align with the rules enforced in the Maintain Users feature of the WinTMS application.

TA-13375

Non-history fields are being incorrectly added to the history table, which results in a 500 internal server error.

Updated the history persistence logic to ensure only valid history fields are written to the history table. This prevents non-history fields from being processed, resolving the 500 internal server error.
