Changing the IP Address on a Mitrefinch 900 Series clock or Access control unit.

Log into the Clock’s web server by entering its IP address into the address bar in your browser.

Click Login and when prompted enter the daily MFUTIL PIN which can be obtained by contacting the Mitrefinch helpdesk.

 Click on the link for Network Settings in the Terminal Setup section of the Main Menu

 Click Edit network settings

Amend the IP address/Subnet Mask/Gateway and DNS IP address as required and click Save.

 The terminal will reboot and reconnect with its updated IP address.

 Note.  Devices that connect via web services may require an IIS reset and a Poller reset to be performed before the Site planner is automatically updated.

 

If you are not using web services, then the Site planner will require a manual update before the clock can be polled.
