We are pleased to announce the latest release of Time and Attendance: Version 8.46.2.0 released 27th November 2025

Identity Configuration for Welcome Emails
What have we done?
We have introduced a new option in the Identity configuration for 'Send Welcome Emails'.
Why have we done this?
To simplify the Identity administration by allowing the emails to be sent when selected and not sent if unselected.
How will you benefit?
This new setting will allow users to control if they would like to send Welcome Emails to their users.
Details of the change.
A new check box has been added to the Identity configuration screen in Time & Attendance for 'Send Welcome Emails'. If this option is selected, welcome emails will be sent on creation of the new employee or user. If the user deselects this option welcome emails will not be sent on creation of the new employee or user. As default the 'Send Welcome Emails' option will be selected.
How to gain access to the Release
To start using release 8.46.2 the following requirements must be met:
- Identity: Your system must be set up with our Identity capability, providing secure access via single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Supporting guidance can be found here.
- Cloud hosting: Available to everyone on our cloud-based solution and have accepted our new Terms & Conditions.
