Managing multiple access needs

Your managers can be linked to their employee record within Time and Attendance. This approach allows both personas to use the same email address to login via OneAdvanced Identity and only have one OneAdvanced Identity account. 

Once a manager is linked to an employee account when they login to Time and Attendance they will see a "switch login" button in the top right of the application. This button will allow the manager to switch between their employee and manager personas.  

Please note having multiple manager records linked to the same employee record is not supported by OneAdvanced Identity. By linking one manager to one employee, you will have one login that can support multiple profiles (employee/manager/admin) all under the one OneAdvanced Identity account. This offers greater security and simplicity. 

If the manager is not linked to an employee record, then an email address for this user record is mandatory – this email address must also be unique within the system (i.e. should not be used on any other manager or employee record)
