Delete an Absence

To Delete a requested Absence:

  • Go to Absence profile (from the Dashboard or the T&A Header pane)

Note: Depending on your Organization's preferences, your Absence profile may appear different from the screenshot below
  • Click on the Absence entry to bring up its details in the right-hand side Details panel.
  • Once you have selected the desired Absence, click the Delete button in the Absence box.

  • A confirmation prompt will appear, asking you to verify the details and provide a reason for the deletion.
Confirmation_Box
  • If the Absence is still pending for approval, then you will be able to delete it directly. Similar confirmation message will appear at top bar:
Confirmation_Message
  • The Absence request has been successfully Deleted.

In case of Approved Absence:If your Absence is already approved, following these steps will send a request to delete it. Your Supervisor must approve this request, and you'll receive a confirmation message when it's sent.

Please note that the actual user interface may differ based on your organization's configuration. This procedure follows the standard steps and Confirmation Message may vary.
