Report tasks

The Report tasks page allows Supervisors to attach Reports to the desired features within the system. The Reports can then be accessed by selecting the following icon, which will be made available from the feature’s page:

The Report tasks page contains two sections, the left-hand pane and the main pane:

The left-hand pane contains the Close action. Selecting this will return the user to the previous page, in this case, the main Reports page.

The centre of the page displays the features that currently exist within the system and each Report that is attached to that feature. Each single row on the page is a feature and there are two columns on the page:

  • Description - this column gives a brief description of the feature

  • Reports - this column displays the Reports currently attached to the feature and is interactive

To attach a Report to a feature, or to detach an existing one, select the blue, interactive text from the Reports column of the relevant feature row. This will take you to the Modify page.
