TMS Re Do Processing Instructions

Mitrefinch TMS - Redo Current Period Processing Instructions 

The following instructions explains how to re-process existing work records within TMS for a range or single employee over a specific date range.  Please ensure the correct employees and date range is selected as this will undo any manual work record changes and cannot be reversed within TMS other than restoring from a previous backup (which must have been taken by your IT department prior).

Load TMS as the MASTER user then click on the menu Group > Redo current period processing.

Enter the start and end date range for the work records which require reprocessing then click on the OK button.   You do not need to enable ‘Perform recalc after reprocessing’ unless otherwise advised.

Then select the required employee range (e.g. Single, Range) and click on the OK button.

A confirmation screen will then appear which explains this process will overwrite any manual changes to the selected dates and employees, click on ‘Yes’ button to proceed (or ‘No’ to cancel).

A progress bar will then appear which will list each employee and work records which have been re-processed.    A confirmation box will then appear which states ‘Processing is complete’, click on the OK button to complete the process.
