Entitlement FAQ's

  1. How do I know which entitlement will display for the employee in the mobile app?

Entitlements can be flagged to display in the One Advanced mobile app in both the Windows and Web Time and Attendance applications.

In Web simply modify the system preference - Platform Mobile to 'Show holiday entitlement in Platform Mobile' and select the code to be used.

In Windows you can access the system preferences, Platform Mobile tab to select the 'Use holiday entitlement with mobile option and then select the default holiday code to use.

  1. Can I show more than one entitlements for my users?

No, only one entitlement can be flagged to show against an employee on the mobile app.

Payslip FAQ's

  1. When will the payslips be available to users in the processing cycle via the mobile app?

There is a “publish" option in the payroll processing cycle. When that is triggered the payslips are available to users in the mobile app. If changes are made, it is automatically set to unpublished and will need republishing to allow the Payslip access on the app. For more information on Publishing Payslips view here

  1. Will my historical payslips be accessible when using the mobile app?

Yes, historical payslips will be available when accessing the app.

If you have parallel run payslips with the printed flag set to 'Yes' these will be visible. To prevent employees from viewing these the printed flag should be set to 'No' to prevent viewing these payslips.

  1. Can I surface payslips from another payroll system?

No, Payslips are only available if produced from the OneAdvanced Payroll product.
