When requesting a new user for SFTP, please provide the following details:
- Your SFTP username
- Your email address
- Your public IP address is whitelisted with OneAdvanced (required before first connection)
- The SSH public key
You will need an SFTP client to access SFTP and to upload/download files
- FileZilla (free) or WinSCP (free) installed on your machine
