SFTP - Prerequisites

When requesting a new user for SFTP, please provide the following details:

  • Your SFTP username
    • Examples of usernames:
      • Individuals name
      • System name if integrating through SFTP
      • Generic team or customer name
  • Your email address, or the one you want to associate with the account if it is a generic user account.
  • Your public IP address is whitelisted with OneAdvanced (required before first connection)
  • The SSH public key

You will need an SFTP client to access SFTP and to upload/download files

  • FileZilla (free) or WinSCP (free) installed on your machine
