Overview

We are pleased to announce the availability of Time & Attendance version 8.51.1.0.

This is a scheduled maintenance release focused on system optimisation and underlying stability improvements, including customer raised issues.

Below you will find details of the customer raised issues resolved and included in this release:

TA-15315

Remove AutoMapper package [Security Fix]

Package contained a security vulnerability and has been removed

TA-15610

Support for Fire Alarm interfaces from Smart Biometric Clocks

Customers with more than 26 sites could not configure Fire Alarm Interface connections for sites above that number. This has been resolved to support businesses with many sites and Smart Biometric Clocks

TA-15678

Diary reminders remain for employees that have been DA Deleted

Diary Reminders can often contain the name of the employee to which they refer, which was remaining in the data even after a DA (Data Assurance) deletion. This has been resolved and these entries are now removed

TA-15691

Package links limited to 10 digit payrefs

Whilst users are able to enter more characters into the Payref field (Payroll supports up to 14) an internal restriction was truncating this data to 10 characters. This has been resolved by widening the potential size of this restriction to up to 30 characters

TA-15699

T&A User Identity email address not depersonalised when taking MFINFO

With Identity enabled the users email addresses are stored against their accounts. MFINFO depersonalisation was leaving these addresses readable. MFINFO now depersonalises user email address in user account maintenance

TA-15700

Identity remains enabled when taking an MFINFO

Identity remained enabled when an MFINFO was taken, potentially connecting a depersonalised dataset to a live Identity system. This has been resolved by disabling Identity during the MFINFO process

TA-15647

MANAGER lookup missing employees in Web

Missing employees in the manager list are now visible in the web application
