Reduce quantity of terminal jobs generated to improve Web performance when there is a high number of employee new starters / leavers

Previously, poller jobs that specified removal (final parameter <> 'N'), or did not have a final parameter set, would remove from terminals they did not have access to as part of the add job. The parameter has been set to N for most of these jobs now (exceptions are download employee triggered directly from windows or web, or a change to the employee that might have changed where they are sent to, e.g. access group).

Reconciliation not working correctly in certain scenarios - If work rules set as bi week using roster then it will include the 'first day of week' of the next week when you have reconciled absence hours and on the report you are showing the reconciled work records.
