Default Reports

This article provides an overview of the Default Reports available within T&A for Supervisors. These reports offer valuable insights into your data and can be accessed without requiring custom report creation. You are also able to copy an existing default report and modify it to your new requirements. 

Your administrator controls access to running the default reports. If you see a report here that is not available on your Time and Attendance system, please contact your system administrator to request access. Below is a list of default reports that would be available in your system: 

Report

Purpose

12WEEKAVG

Average hours worked over 12 weeks

6DAYS

Employees that have worked the last 6 days in a row

ABS_EL

Early Leaving breakdown, and early leaving summary

ABS_LATE

Lateness breakdown, and lateness summary

ABS_xx

A range of reports to show absence periods, planned absences, sickness breakdowns

BUD_WEEK

This weeks budget report

CLK_xx

A range of reports for clockings, including date/time, GPS locations and today's clockings

EMP_xx

A range of employee reports, including basic employee details and a leavers report

FWP_xx

Future work planner reports, to display future shift plans

HOL_ENT

Holiday entitlement report, including outstanding balances

TAS_xx

If your system is set up to use TAS (Time Allocation System) these reports display job data

WR_xx

A range of work record reports. Typical work record reports include working/absence hours over a range, anomaly reports, costing reports (if configured), overtime reports and job (TAS) reports.

As a Supervisor these can be accessed via Advanced T&A by navigating to Reports > Custom Reports

 

This will display all reports available to the Supervisor

Reports can also be accessed via Web

Click the Time & Attendance drop down at the top left and type Reports into the Search

 

Click the Reports option. A list of Reports will be displayed:
