Requesting your OneAdvanced Identity Service

Once you are happy that you have covered the checklist, met all the pre-requisites and are ready to enable OneAdvanced Identity in your Time and Attendance system then you can request for your organisations OneAdvanced Identity Service to be created. You will need to provide the following information. Who in OneAdvanced handles this?

Customer Name

The name of your organisation

System Administrator Name

The first name and surname of the admin who will be overseeing the onboarding process

System Administrators Email

The email address of the admin who will be overseeing the onboarding process

Once your OneAdvanced Identity environment is created, you will be given the URL, your Identity Organisation Reference, a set of secure Client Credentials and system administrator login credentials.

If you require additional system administrator accounts in OneAdvanced Identity, your OneAdvanced Identity System Administrator will be able to create these. Details on creating and managing users in OneAdvanced Identity are available here. You can enable a user in OneAdvanced Identity by following the steps outlined here
