T&A 8.47.0.1 Patch Release - 20th February 2026

We are pleased to announce the latest patch release of Time and Attendance: Version 8.47.0.1 released 20th February 2026

Below you will find details of the changes included in this release.

Identity feature enhancements

Organisation Reference increased to support 100 characters.

What have we done?

We have Increased the Character Limit against the "Organisation Reference".

Why have we done this?

We have Increased this limit to ensure consistency between T&A and Identity.

How will you benefit?

Organisation References will no longer be restricted to 30 characters.

Details of the change.

We have Increased the Character Limit against the "Organisation Reference" from 30 characters to 100 Characters.

Option added to display the Identity ID and re-sync a user.

What have we done?

We have added a new option to the Identity configuration to allow users to be re-synced with Identity.

Why have we done this?

This will allow individual users to be re-synced to identity when required.

How will you benefit?

The changes will improve the user management of your employee records when syncing to Identity and avoid having to run a full sync for an individual record.

Details of the change.

Step 1:  In WinTMS > Navigate to System > Maintain Users

Step 2: Select the Login options from the toolbar

Step 3: From Login options screen > select the tab for OneAdvanced Identity

Step 4: On the Identity configuration screen > Select View Details for Employees / Users full list and the following screen will be displayed. This screen will allow you to find your employee/user record, the records are ordered by unique ID for the User and then Unique ID for the employee. Against each user record is a field for 'selected', which can be used to select the user that you wish to re-sync before selecting the 'Reset Selected' button.

  • Identity: You must have Identity enabled within your organisation, providing secure access via single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Supporting guidance can be found here.
  • Cloud hosting: Available to everyone on our cloud-based solution and have accepted our new Terms & Conditions.

There were instances that when identity was synced some employees were getting the same advanced_id.

This issue has now been resolved.
