Introduction

This guide is to assist Time and Attendance customers enable OneAdvanced Identity authentication in their Time and Attendance web and mobile applications.

Please note this guide covers the Time and Attendance onboarding process for OneAdvanced Identity. This may be different than other OneAdvanced applications such as Financials or Source to Contract.

What is OneAdvanced Identity?

Identity supports how your users (employees and managers) access Time and Attendance, and all other OneAdvanced products. With Identity, they have one login for all OneAdvanced products

Having one login reduces human-error related breaches and improves the user experience. It also protects you against compliance risks such as GDPR data breaches and reduces IT workloads.

Identity offers a multi-layered approach to security, including single sign on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

For more information on SSO & MFA, please refer to our OneAdvanced Identity help section: “An Introduction to Multi-Factor Authentication & Single Sign-On”.

Can I use Time & Attendance without OneAdvanced Identity?

No, for customers with a cloud based (hosted) system, OneAdvanced Identity is mandated for security reasons, as well as providing easier access to the applications you use.
