OneAdvanced mobile app

We're excited to announce the launch of the OneAdvanced mobile app released 9th January 2026, powered by our Platform and designed to bring together the workflows that connect your organisation, empowering employees to manage their work life easily, wherever they are.

With this app, your employees can easily manage their work schedules, book absences and view their entitlements, clock in and out, track their activity and their pay via payslips (requires OneAdvanced Payroll).

Whether preparing for their next shift, reviewing their weekly schedule, booking absences, recording activities (TAS) during a shift, or checking their Payslip, the OneAdvanced mobile app keeps your workforce organised, connected and in control.

This solution is available for hosted Time & Attendance and Payroll users. The OneAdvanced mobile app is currently in the Early Adopter phase and we are working closely with customers to ensure their feedback is captured. If you would like to be involved in the Early Adopter program please contact your Account Manager.

  • Instant schedule visibility: View upcoming shifts, weekly or monthly schedule.
  • Clocking: Clock in and out with ease, even when offline.
  • Activity Tracking: Record activities throughout a shift to log time accurately.
  • Absence booking: Book Absences and view entitlements
  • System synchronisation: Switch seamlessly between the app and desktop for clocking.
  • Geo-tagging for clocking: Log clocking co-ordinates with geo-tagging for improved accuracy.
  • Payslip access: View or Download all of your Payslips, P60's and P11D's in one convenient app.
  • Secure access: Safeguard data access through Identity with single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Note:

* OneAdvanced mobile app is exclusively available for hosted customers operating the latest version of Time & Attendance


* Access to OneAdvanced Payroll is required to view Payslips

* All users must log in using Identity

* Ensure your IT department allow the OneAdvanced mobile app to be installed on company devices

* Currently supported regions include the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand

  • Ensure your software is updated to the latest version of Time and Attendance

  • Contact your Account Manager to get the Time & Attendance (and Payroll, where you already have that installed) Licence added for the OneAdvanced mobile app.
