This is Internal only

To onboard a customer to the OneAdvanced App, they will require a licence and provisioning to be completed in Licence Admin.

From the following URL: https://apps.oneadvanced.com/licence-admin you will need to have Licence Admin Role permissions.

Navigate to the Licence Admin menu and locate and select both the customer and organisation:

Select the option to + Add Product Licence.

The screen shot below shows a sandbox customer. For the licence setup ensure you select the customer and organisation you require the licence for.

For the Customer and Organisation selected, the Product Time & Attendance should be added, along with a start date, end date (31/12/2099), number of seats/or unlimited.

If unlimited is selected, please ensure allocate to all users is also selected. Then please enter the Account Manager contact details (optional).

It is recommended you set the end date as 31/12/2099 and to set the number of seats as unlimited with the Allocate to all users set.

Once the licence has been added, you will then need to select the Provisionings tab:

Select the option to + Run Provisioner.

The screeshot below shows a specific customer - select the correct customer and organisation for the licence you are provisioning.

For the selected Customer and Organisation, you should then select the Time & Attendance Product, and enter the customerURL. This should be the customer's Time and Attendance URL and defines the server that we are connecting to.
