Accessibility Statement for Time & Attendance - a digital product by OneAdvanced Ltd

What this statement covers

We have tested the following pages of our application using Lighthouse that are most frequently used by a variety of personas. These are the areas: Home page, Absence profile, Add employee, Availability, Clock, Entitlements and Requests.

This product’s accessibility status

This website is not compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. The non-compliances are listed below.

Non-compliance for Time & Attendance

PDF and Word documents

We generate PDF’s from within our Time & Attendance product. They are not accessible in a number of ways, we plan to make all new PDF’s generated within Time & Attendance accessible by March 2027.

Videos (Including a live demo)

We don’t store videos of Time & Attendance within the product.

Imagery

We store Imagery on the Home page in Time & Attendance which are not currently WCAG compliant for the following reasons:

Disproportionate burden

The windows app is a disproportionate burden as we are going to be moving functionality to the web app by March 2027. The web app will meet the latest accessibility standards.

Third-party integrations

Where possible, we work to make the integrations as accessible as possible. However, we are limited by the technology that the integrations provide us with in order to achieve full accessibility.

Custom themes and colours that can be changed by customers/users

Where the product allows for custom colour changes, OneAdvanced cannot be held responsible for any colours that have been changed by any customers/users where there is or could be an impact on the accessibility of the product. To guarantee at least an AA level of colour contrast, please ensure your colour scheme is the default theme of the product.

Accessibility at OneAdvanced

Throughout OneAdvanced we are working to ensure that all products are at least WCAG AA compliant. In some areas this may not be currently possible. However, where we do not currently have compliance, a plan to be compliant is in place.

We are always working on improving our accessibility, however at times we are limited by what technologies are available to us. These will be highlighted within this policy.

Enforcement procedure*

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’).
